This is a copy of The Silver Surfer #76 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Jan., 1993.  It is in at least Very Fine/Near Mint condition but I'll leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  It was kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
