Mirror Policy:-
The mirror price is not included in the price listing of our mirror frame but for the buyer relevant we are providing the “Mirror” Free with this mirror frame. As the mirror is a fragile item if any damage occurs during the transit, the buyer had to replace the mirror on their own account as any shipping company doesn’t cover the mirror under an insurance policy that’s why the mirror is not insured. Any other damages are all covered under the shipping insurance.

Shipping policies: -
All our products are 100% insured. If the items received are wholly damaged or not repairable. Then we will provide you with a replacement for the same product. And if there is any minor damage or repairable will pay the full repair amount.

Kindly try to open Shipment in Front of Delivery Boy / Delivery Agent. Because If find any damage or Miss Handling immediately write or call to Responded Shipping company .
If you received the item damaged, don’t worry about it, please provide us with complete images of inner & outer side of the product with courier company tags or box images which you received also please send us your contact no. with address so our concern team can investigate for the damaged shipment.
