This is a Vintage BLUE RHINESTONE SILVERTONE METAL BROOCH!
In a silvertone metal, this very pretty pin is rounded and has a wreath like look! Each portion is a teardrop shaped strand that wraps to the ones on either side of it. In the center of each teardrop shape is the turquoise blue rhinestones!
The teardrop shaped "ribbons" have a knobby pattern that gives the illusion of marcasite stones - there are no stones but the metal is cut in such a way to allow light to be reflected and refracted giving a bit of a sparkle while the silvertone metal is darkened around the knobby bumps which adds another level of contrast!
