This is a comic of Ragman No. 3 published by DC in Dec 1976-Jan 1977.  The grade is probably at least a Fine but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans. 

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  Small tear on back cover; see scans.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
