This seems to be a statement balance sheet from Pepsi-Cola bottlers of Dayton to Quick Stop Markets, Dayton Oh.  This shows info from Sept 3 - sept 28 1976 with a ending balance of $559.35.

A neat piece of soft drink, American history.

This is a old, discolored, creased, slightly stained.  Far right and far left print is partially missing due to normal perfed / cut line.  Top portion is partially torn at the perforation line  on both sides est 3".
