Condition pre owned. Item has some scuffings on the side planks of the wood, shown photo #8,9. Also missing a small side handle, shown photo #14. Otherwise normal wear on wood grain. No splits or broken placed. Non smoking. Item has not been treated with wood color or polish to hide imperfections. We leave that up to the buyer.
