This is an Official DC Comics ONE OF A KIND original colorist art/color guide page that was used in the direct production of the vintage JLA issue 26 comic book from 1999, starring the Justice League of America (JLA). This is the ONLY color guide of this 1990's page in existence (it's 1 of a kind), and it was used in the production of the actual published comic book by DC Comic's Production Staff.

This page shows SUPERMAN, WONDER WOMAN, AQUAMAN, and it looks like the character in the purple cloak is a more recent version of the JSA/Justice Society of America hero called "Hourman". One of the other heroes calls him Hourman in the bottom panel of this page.

SIZE: This color guide art page measures about 11 inches by 8 1/2 inches, which is normal for color guide production artwork.

NOTES: Color guide artwork is different from black and white original art. Color guides (colorist's artwork) are re-sized copies of the pencil and ink original artwork that are assigned to the issue's colorist, and then hand colored by that colorist. Colorguides usually measure about the same size as the published comic book, and some have "color codes" for the printers to follow. Because most modern comic books are now colored by using computers, there are no more color guide pages being produced, which makes the surviving color guide pages highly collectible. Color guide art pages are not graded like comic books are, because color guides were not originally intended to be saved or collected and are one of a kind. : M913057.
