Regarding Our Simulated Diamonds

Our Simulated Diamond/Lab Created Gems have the same brilliance and fire as natural diamonds. Our simulated diamonds are individually Hand Cut and Hand Polished by master jewelers. Because of their superior quality, it is almost impossible to the naked eye to tell them apart from a real diamond. They have the same optical characteristics, radiance and beauty as a natural stone; and because they are not created from carbon, they don't have any imperfections, inclusions or feathering. Their brilliance and Sparkle are virtually the same as an Ideal Flawless Diamond.

We offer complementary size to any ring size 4 to 11 (Steps 1/4, 1/2, 3/4)
This piece of jewelry is a made to order item which take approx. 10 days time to make before we ship.

If we do not receive the ring size within 3 days after payment, we ship 7 US size for woman and 10 for men.

Custom Engraving

Block font engraving is available for rings without diamonds. Up to 25 characters including spaces can be engraved on the inside of the ring.

Payment is accepted only through PayPal. will open unpaid item case if payment is not received within 3 days.
In case there is a delay in payment kindly contact us and we can always make an adjustment.

We ship worldwide to almost all major countries.

Delivery within US & UK takes 5-10 business days after item is shipped. This depends on the mail service we send it by.
Please note that we may ship via different mail services. Other International shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the time taken to clear customs.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. Kindly note that all countries charge a duty on imported goods.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must reach us within 14 days after the item was delivered to you.
The item must be in the original condition and with the original tags attached.
We will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3 business days of delivery back to us.
