The Priscilla Hillman Enesco Snow Folks Toy Duck on Wheels figurine from 1998 features a small, multicolored duck on wheels with a blue ribbon. This collectible item is part of the Enesco collection and was designed by artist Priscilla Hillman.

The sticker on the bottoms indicates this is "#360872"   I've seen this as part of the Snow Folks Collection and Snow Folks Animal Friends Collection.  I'm not sure which is correct, so I'm adding both in this description.
