This is a vintage 1988 (the side of the box ALSO shows the year 1983) MARVEL SUPER-HEROES FANTASY JIGSAW PUZZLE, manufactured by Golden Puzzles. This super scarce 1980's puzzle shows a HUGE number of Marvel Universe superhero and supervillain characters like Spiderman, the X-Men, the Avengers, Ironman, Thor, the Hulk, Captain America, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, the Vision, the Inhumans, Dr Strange, Black Widow, Wolverine, the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, the Silver Surfer, and SO MANY MORE! The back of the box shows a "who's who" to help identify each of the Marvel heroes and villains.

CONDITION NOTES: This puzzle is NOT COMPLETE (it's missing at least 1 piece) and most of the puzzle pieces are in terrific shape. The box has tape on it, shelf wear from all the decades in storage, and other flaws, etc (please see the photos). There can't be many of these super rare vintage puzzles left in existence. Some imperfections (like shelf wear, tape, and missing pieces) is common for such a rare old puzzle.

SIZE: According to the box, this puzzle measures about 33 inches by 22 1/2 inches when assembled. The box also says that this puzzle showcases OVER 130 superheroes and villains! WOW! What a great anytime of year surprise gift for that comic fan in your life!
