Antique Cast Iron Floral Basket Doorstop Appears to be Hubley #120 Approximately 9.5" Tall X 7.75" Wide X 2.5" Deep.  Appears to be original paint, paint is in excellent condition based on it's age.  There is a minor scratch in the paint at the base, see picture.

From other examples I found this appears to be a Hubley #120 yellow, red, dark blue and light blue flowers.
