These are brand new. The box top was very fragile and opened along the perforation, therefore, I was able to take one of the solo cups out to photograph it. This is collectible and can be used as a movie prop/advertising, etc. or actually used to enjoy your coffee. This came out from an estate sale in Las Vegas.
