This looks NEW but since I found it at a garage sale and they didn’t have information on it I couldn’t be positive it had never been warn. I know many people keep cardboard to keep their caps nice when they are not wearing them and I don’t want to misrepresent what I do not know. So this could be a totally new hat. It looks nice-but it has been out in the persons garage sale so another reason I mark as pre owned.
