Notes on product use
Sun creams such as Cetaphil Sun Daylong SPF 50+ Sensitive Gel-Cream can offer very high sun protection if used correctly.
Make sure you apply the sun cream generously around 20 minutes before exposing yourself to sunlight and allow it to absorb well. Reapply cream several times a day to maintain sun protection. Despite water resistance, you should also reapply cream after being in the water, drying off or sweating heavily. Avoid intense midday sun and protect your skin with suitable clothing.
Why Cetaphil Sun Daylong Sensitive Gel-Cream is suitable for Mallorca acne
In Mallorca acne, the characteristic skin rash is not usually the result of a sensitive reaction of the skin to sunlight, but rather is caused by the interaction of certain ingredients in cosmetics and the sun's UVA radiation. Emulsifiers and a high fat content in cosmetics can, in combination with high UVA exposure, lead to an itchy skin rash. Unsuitable sun creams often promote the typical skin rashes and do not help the skin.
