Sold as-is, as seen. In used, played with condition. Friction action still works on the car. The boat propeller works with wind up action.  The trailer lift and lower works, but the "winder" or winch appears to be missing a chain possibly. There is cosmetic wear, yellowing on the boar, paint wear, chrome loss/wear, etc throughout. Box has some damage as seen. Sold as-is, as see, true attic estate find.
