A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all return. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Customer must report to us within 7 business days if the item is DOA or shipping damage.
All items can be returned within 7 business days for refund. After 7 business days, it will be exchanged only.
The 20% re-stocking fee will be applied if the part not used, non-defective upon inspection, or wrong part order.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in all cases.
For exchange due to the buyer ordering the wrong screen, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees.
