Nice shape. Does have a few spots as I point out but for its age, its great. 

I plugged it in, it does get warm and it vibrates when you turn it on via the switch.

I did not extensively test it, but all seems well and it appears in overall good shape for its age. 

It measures approx 29x14 inches.
