C.S. Osborne Forged Steel Spring Punch. Forged steel frame, highly polished. Fitted with replaceable screw tubes. The reach or distance from the cutting tube to the back of the jaw is 1-1/2". 8-1/4" overall length. Made in USA. Notes: There are three different frames. Tube sizes 000 to 7 fit the same frame and are interchangeable. Tube 8 fits No. 8 frame only. Tubes 9 and 10 fit the same frame and are interchangeable. Punch tubes measure 1-1/8" overall. Policies

You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 30 business days of the date you request a return, or your return will be canceled. Once we receive your order we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
