Some scratches/scuffs and it looks like there's some moisture or dust under the glass of the clamshell screen. Please see photos.

Phone works great, but the phone can't be factory reset due to an unknown security code. Aside from this, the phone seems to be fully functional.

The battery that comes with the phone is also old and probably won't hold as much charge as when it was brand new.
