Tested for current between the post 6v - 14V - 20V AC and saw voltage with a voltmeter.  Did not test other parts of the transformer.  Test transformer briefly and have not used it for extended period of time so not sure if there are issues with it or any other parts "whistle, accessories, etc.."  The knob on of the levers is broken off.  The exterior shows dust and debris and marks.
