Shipping

We will only ship to the confirmed address provided on the payment. We ship most of our items via UPS Ground to the lower 48 continental United States. If it is more cost effective, we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion. We do not ship directly to anywhere internationally. Please do not ask us to ship on your account, we will not do this.

Local Pickup

If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you when you arrive. will provide you with a code for pick up, please have this available when you arrive. These items are tested before shipping and are warranted to be in working condition unless noted otherwise.
Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item MUST be packed in original shipping materials or similar for safe return.
If item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped or a full refund will be issued. If the item is found to be as described, we will refund the buyer less actual original shipping, return shipping costs, and 10% restocking fee.
If the item has been damaged in shipping, buyer should contact us via email to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items. Filing a return will make the claim process difficult and may take longer to issue refunds or replacements.
