This is an original 1-sided advertising sheet (8 1/2" X 11") originally sent to video and game stores by Game Source for the Atari 2600 game system.  The front of the page is a full color ad for the games Philly Flasher and Cathouse Blues.  The back of the page is blank.

The picture is of the actual item being auctioned.  I am the original owner and have kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
