B T Cast Iron Castor Wheel / Roller / Flat Belt Pulley approx. 6" Od. x 2-3/8" Wide. 

Not sure what this is for other than a castor wheel or pulley or roller of some kind it has a blind hole that is bored to 1.850 dia. x 1.900 deep the groove for a retaining clip is about 5/16" from the edge of the bore.

 

This is surplus to a now closed factory that kept spare parts on the shelf the boxes/parts may show shelf wear and have dust on them.
