All magazines are sent out in a non-foldable cardboard mailer and of course, shipping is free within the continental United States.

There are three different domestic delivery services available, dependent on how quickly you need this issue.

Standard Delivery may take 6-10 days, longer during the holidays, but is free to the buyer.
First Class may take 2-5 days at an additional $2 cost, I pay the bulk of it, you pay for added speed.
Priority Mail may take 2-3 days at an addtional $8.
