Cassette: Good+, there is a signature on both the front and back of the cassette. Does not appear to be the artist but I could be wrong.
Inlay:  Very good, some light age discoloration and a couple of spots on the back.
Jewel case: Very good, no cracks, typical scuffs / scratches.
