There is a 3/16" vertical tear at the front lower spine edge, plus there is inked writing on the rear cover -- the name & address on the address label has been crossed out with black marker -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, folds, indentations, lesser tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, etc -- the lower spine leans slightly to the right, although the upper spine shows NO lean, with NO vertical spine crease, plus 4 side-to-side creases & partial side creases -- overall condition Good Minus
