Vintage Jack Mcconnell Blouse Small Long Sleeve Button Front Point Collar Flower

If you have any information about this blouse, please let me know.  I have researched and can only find hats by this designer.  

I am unsure of material used but the collar is badly stained with "ring around the collar".  The remainder of the shirt seems to be in good condition and all buttons are intact.  

Armpit to armpit measures about 22”

Center back neck to hem measures about 28”

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
