The glitter is encapsulated in the paint so the final coating is smooth to the touch and does not require a sealer. The glitter does not flake off when touched like other glitter paints. Use on interior surfaces such as wood, metal, plastic, glass and more. For best results apply over a white base coat, or a base coat that is similar in color to the glitter paint.
