THIS NOT A COMPLETE SET , NO POWER TOOL , CAME WITH EVERYTHING YOU SEE INSIDE , THIS IS HOW WE BOUGHT IT , IT DOES HAVE SOME MARKINGS AND STAINS THAT WON'T COME OUT , HAD SOME CLEANING DONE ON WHOLE SET , MIGHT NEED A TAD MORE BUT DIDN'T WANNA DAMAGE ANY VINTAGE ITEMS , THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX WAS DIRTY AND STILL IS SOME SEE PHOTOS , DID HAVE CLEANING DONE ON IT , MOST TINS ARE EMPTY , SOME ITEMS MIGHT HAVE PRODUCT IN THEM , DIDN'T OPEN DIDN'T WANNA MAKE A MESS , BRUSHES ARE USED AND SOME ARE VERY USED , CLEANED THEM UP SOME AND JUST KEPT WITH SET , ESTATE SALE STAFF SAID THEY WERE VTG , THIS BOX CAME FULL LIKE THE PHOTOS SHOW
