This is a box from a drugstore that closed - old unused stock, containing a pair of silverplate Hershey's Memories earrings for pierced earrings.  The box has an eye type paper hanger and these hung for sale on a drugstore counter.  I purchased them as a drugstore collectible when the store closed.  They have darkened somewhat so if you plan to wear them, you may want to polish the little kisses before wearing.
