Pretty little sugar bowl, it is not marked but I believe it was made by ROMCO, and referred to as rocky mountain art pottery. It is small, with handles 4 " wide, 2" tall. The pictures look like the paint is rubbed off on the bottom edges, but it is not rough, I think that this is just the way it was made. No cracks, no chips.
