NIB Mr. Potato Head Surfin' Spud Vintage Toy 2001 Summertime Exclusive 12pcs New

This is over 20 years old and was pre-owned. There was an additional piece of tape on it as compared to my other ones so I cut the tape to make sure all the pieces were still included which they are. I wanted to make sure it just wasn't taped back up. you can see in the pictures. All the pieces are factory sealed. And the hat and potato are in original packaging.
