This is brand new with the original box. The boxes damaged from where and tear and storage since it was manufactured in 2013.

The tree itself is in perfect condition. Completely clean. The tree itself is about 12 inches tall and the base is 5 inches tall bringing it to a total of 18 inches tall. It requires four batteries which are not included. I've tested this and works perfect, see pictures. The ornaments are pre-attached and made of silicone. The branches are adjustable like a traditional Christmas tree. Zoom in on pictures for condition and cleanliness as I do not try to clean any of the items I list.
