Preowned and was used. Blow mold style plastic. Made in 2003 by marvel before Disney bought them out. This was sold and Toys "R" Us stores 100% plastic measures 8 inches high by 8 inches wide by 6 inches. The handle is a drop of 5 inches. Really good condition. Some black paint missing from his hair.
