These are prepared and in excellent condition. The only flaw would be the fence post was broken off on Kangas house on the right hand side you could see in the picture. It's very hard to notice so zoom in. No other chips or cracks or breakage. These are pretty clean has very minimal scuffing. I took pictures from all angles so zoom in for a condition and cleanliness because I do not try to clean the items for sale. They are sold as is and a final sale. No refunds and no return returns. These do not come with the light cords. The listing is for the two ceramic houses as shown. About 7 inches high and 7 inches wide. Together they weigh 5 pounds.
