Plastic blue box. Some kind of resin top. Made in Tokyo Japan by Rotary Hero.

Best guess is 1950s/1960s when many items were imported here from Japan.

Approx 5.5" tall. Quality item weighing in at 2.5 pounds!

Holds standard rectangle facial tissue box of up to 10" long. Corners have slight wear and one has a small chip. See pics.

Santa fell asleep and the fix is guarding his nap while it snows in the both of them. Very clean. Was used so zoom in for condition and cleanliness as I do not try to clean the items I list. They are sold as is and a final sale. No returns and no refunds.
