Rarely used, I sent this with my daughter when she went off to college, doubtful if she even cracked it open.  Book is a Quick Reference Guide For Using Essential oils. Book is spiral bound with a glossy cover and back. Measures approximately 6X6.5 inches including the spiral spine. No rips, bends or writing on the pages.  Great reference book for how to use your essential oils. Please see photos.
