This dip bowl from Dorothy Thorpe has a real silver band with approximately 3/4 inch thick. This bowl goes originally with a Dorothy Thorpe Chips and Dip set. The chips bowl sadly had a large crack and went to chip bowl heaven, but the little dip bowl is looking for a new home. The bowl measures approximately 5 inches across and approximately 2 1/2 inches high. It's lovely on its own if the don't have the chip set. No chips (no pun intended) or cracks, there is spots on the silver band, please see photos.
