From the original made in the USA Annalee Mobilitee Dolls Inc, this is a Snow Skiing Santa. The tag says 7" but Santa is approximately 9", add the skis and the figure is approximately 11 inches.  From 1995, he's ready to hit the slopes for team Annalee, big thumbs up.
