This is a comic of Woody Woodpecker #1 50th Anniversary Special published by Harvey Publications, Inc. in Oct., 1991.  The grade is probably at least a Good- but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The picture is of the actual copy being sold.  The pages are complete and intact.  There are nicks on the front and back cover (see scans).  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
