The Teenymates is new, outer package is open but this figure is sealed in plastic.
There is a painting error where the paint has gone on the figure's face.

I don't think this makes it rare but I am just pointing it out that some of the paint from the helmet is on the players face.
It is sealed so it's an error in packaging.

You get everything in the picture, including the checklist and open package.
