New in box 1993 seaQuest DSV The Regulator Leslie Ferina action figure.  This collectible figurine is from the 90's show seaQuest DSV starring Jonathan Brandis and Roy Scheider and is still in the original plastic packaging.  There are a couple of blemishes on the front where it appears the pricing stickers were ripped off, as shown in the photos.  Please take a close look at the photos for full condition and details!
