Laptops boot to BIOS and key functions tested working.

Laptops are preowned and may have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, wear. One of these laptops has a loose optical drive cover, some scuffed edges, worn keys and some light keyboard scuffs on the LCD. There is a crack near the power button on one of the laptops, and a ding on one of the back corners. There are also missing screws from the back panels of these laptops.

3 laptops include batteries, while the 4th laptop does not include a battery. The 3 batteries included show as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power adapters are NOT included.

COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying.

Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date.
PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).

SHIPPING

WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
We ship via UPS Ground. Based on price & weight of sold items, we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion. Please do not ask us to ship on your account, we will not do this.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive. will provide you with a code for pick up, please have this available when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items. Filing a return will make the claim process difficult and may take longer to issue refunds or replacements.
