Laptops boot to BIOS and key functions tested working.

Laptops are preowned and will have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, wear. These laptops have some cosmetic details that include things such as dead CMOS batteries, key marks on the LCD screens, missing screws, and missing rubber strip(foot) from the back panel. There is one laptop that has a replaced back panel on it so the serial number on the back panel will not match the serial number from the manufacturer you'll see in your BIOS. Also, there is a damaged/dented corner on one of these laptops. They may show signs of light wear on the track pad and/or keyboard as well.

Not every laptop will have every detail described in this description. The detail described is present on at least one or more of the laptops.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date.
PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
