Farm Bureau of California

Farm Bureau of California traces its roots back to 1913, when the first California county create a Farm Bureau in order to bring educational programs to that county. The California Farm Bureau was founded on Oct. 23, 1919, when delegates from 32 county Farm Bureaus met in Berkeley to create a statewide organization, which was initially housed on the University of California campus. The university and its Cooperative Extension Service prompted the founding of the Farm Bureau.

Authentic vintage California Farm Bureau sign. Metal construction with green background, yellow stripe and white and green lettering stating “Member- Farm FB Bureau- California” measuring approximately 14”X 11”. It is in mint New Old Stock (NOS) condition, with minimal shelf wear.

This is a really nice item and would make an excellent addition for any collector of signs, farm or insurance memorabilia, or a connoisseur of Napa Valley wines.
