Antique? Moriyama Hand Painted 4-section Divided Serving Dish Made in Japan. Beautiful blue and silver rim with what I believe are poppies painted in the sections.  Condition is Used. Shows average wear from age. The rim on the bottom does have 2 chips. I have tried to show examples of any damage or flaws in the pictures.  Please view all pictures.
