This is an old Avanti Acrylic vintage ugly ski sweater size XL. 

Approximate measurements:

Armpit to armpit: 24" 

Back of neck to bottom of garment: 28" 

Armpit to sleeve cuff 21" 

This awful looking sweater is in good shape.  There are no holes but some pilling.  Very bright.
