A very interesting 6 panel fold out menu with a scalloped edge from Sam's American Restaurant in the Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. Circa 1990's. Sam's American has been replaced with other restaurants. On each of the 3 interior panels, menus have been inserted to reflect the current offerings of Chef Sam DeMarco and his staff. Measures about 8 1/2" x 13 3/4" when closed.
