Franklin Mint Porcelain Plaques from 1977 are pre-owned.  Wear, scuffs, scratches, and staining.  Backing loose on the bottom back of the bird plaque.  These feature framed porcelain pictures of nature scenes, each with different animals with a tree in the background.  They each have a hanger attached on the back.  Missing rubber bumpers on the back of the bird and dear pictures.
