What a neat book, and way to take a look at how things use to be.  All the different classes, groups, activities are amazing.  We've come a long way for sure.  

This guy is a whopping 5 lbs, 10 oz, so a great door stop as well.

This is in better than acceptable condition. Does certainly have age, close to 100 years, and with that comes some handling issues. Has page discoloration and age spots. A drip of paint on the outer side cover, close to the bound edge. Interior shows water stains toward the bottom on most of the book. Some pages are stuck together down there, and with some tlc, could be taken apart. Alot of pages are free turning. Please see video, you may get a better idea of the condition.
